At LÍLLÉBABY your satisfaction is our first priority. We strive to make products that are of the highest quality, easy to use and comfortable. However, there is a learning curve to using any new product, which is often steep and frustrating - particularly for baby carriers. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction with any product from LÍLLÉBABY, please contact us. We can offer guidance and assist with a solution.

If that solution is to return the product, we have made that simple too: Full priced items purchased directly from the LÍLLÉbaby website are eligible for complimentary return within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs of items purchased on sale or at a discounted price will be the responsibility of the customer. The returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and/or packaging. Please contact customerservice@lillebaby.com if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted LÍLLÉbaby prior to sending the item back and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.

For your protection, we recommend all items are returned via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. LÍLLÉbaby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item is received by LÍLLÉbaby, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid. Please allow several weeks for LÍLLÉbaby to refund your credit card upon receipt.

FedEx Ground Shipping (5-10 business days, including handling time)

3-4 Day Shipping (3 business days, if ordered before 9am MST, including 24-hour handling time and choosing 2 Day Air. 4 business days, if ordered before 9am MST, including 24-hour handling time and choosing Express Saver)

Orders sent to US Territories APO/FPO/DPO, Hawaii, Alaska and US Post Office Boxes are shipped with SmartPost and expedited shipping methods may not be available.

Please Note: Orders shipping to Armed Forces/Military locations outside of the continental United States may require an additional 6-8 weeks to arrive.

Orders may be placed through the shopping section of our website. However, we also accept mail-in order by check and orders over the phone.


LÍLLÉBABY warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailers. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product, to products purchased from an authorized retailer in United States of America. Sellers on Ebay are not authorized retailers. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law.
