At LÍLLÉBABY your satisfaction is our first priority. We strive to make products that are of the highest quality, easy to use and comfortable. However, there is a learning curve to using any new product, which is often steep and frustrating - particularly for baby carriers. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction with any product from LÍLLÉBABY, please contact us. We can offer guidance and assist with a solution.
If that solution is to return the product, we have made that simple too: Full priced items purchased directly from the LÍLLÉbaby website are eligible for complimentary return within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs of items purchased on sale, a discounted price, or during a promotion will be the responsibility of the customer. International orders will not be eligible for complimentary returns and postage expenses will be the responsibility of the international customer. The returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and/or packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted LÍLLÉbaby prior to sending the item back and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we recommend all items are returned via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. LÍLLÉbaby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item is received by LÍLLÉbaby, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid. Please allow several weeks for LÍLLÉbaby to refund your credit card upon receipt.
Please note that Mystery Box items, Open Box items and clearance items (Clear the Rack and Spring Cleaning) are not eligible for return or exchange and are considered FINAL SALE. Mystery Box and Open Box items will include our normal 1-Year Warranty from the original date of purchase.
Upon receiving a request to cancel an order, LILLEbaby’s shipping department will always strive to cancel an order before it ships. If your order ships before we are able to cancel it with our warehouse, we will work with the shipping company to have your package returned to our warehouse. Your refund may be delayed until the shipment is received back at our warehouse. Thank you for understanding.
SHIPPINGLILLEbaby offers complimentary shipping on orders totaling $50 or more (excluding taxes and shipping). For any order totaling less than $50, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

PROMO CODES & EXCLUSIONS
Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with items currently on sale, limited edition carriers, international orders, Spring Cleaning, Clear The Rack, Mystery Box, Open Box, Warehouse Sales, or certain carriers associated with major retailers and collaboration partners. Promotional and discount codes cannot be combined/"stacked" on any order, nor they can be applied retroactively to an already processed order. Only one promotional/discount code per order will be accepted. Other restrictions and limitations may apply to sales and other promotions. LILLEbaby is not able to price match orders placed more than 24 hours outside of a promotional window. We are also unable to price match coupons specific to a certain retailer or retail chain.

LILLEbaby warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. We stand behind all of our products and will either repair or replace a defective product, free of charge during the first 12 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear, fabric fading, normal variations in fabric, and small threads that remain from the sewing process are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty.
In the case of Limited Edition styles (including Unicorn, Rare, Ultra Rare, and Uncommon releases), LILLEbaby cannot guarantee that there will be an identical carrier available for a replacement in the event of a defect. In this circumstance, we will work directly with the individual customer to determine an appropriate solution based on their particular situation (i.e. alternate replacement product, refund of original order, etc).
LILLEbaby will not be held responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product, to products purchased from an authorized retailer in United States of America. Sellers on Ebay are not authorized retailers. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law.
