Shipping & Orders 

Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Alabama. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and for major holidays.  

Please allow for 1 – 2 days of processing time when estimating your order delivery. Processing times may be longer during high volume periods.

  • Standard Shipping: 2 Days Order Processing + 5 – 10 Business Days Shipping  
  • FedEx 2Day®: 1 Day Order Processing + 2 Business Days Shipping 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight®: 1 Day Order Processing + 1 Business Day 

If placed before 11am, most expedited will go out the same business day.  We will make every effort to fulfill expedited orders on the day they are placed, however we are unable to guarantee same-day shipping. 

 

Free Shipping with an Order of $49.99+ 

When your purchase totals $49.99 or more, you'll enjoy the perk of FREE standard shipping within the contiguous US. If your order is under $49.99, don't worry – we've simplified things with a flat shipping rate of just $10.00. A flat shipping rate of $10.00 is also applied to orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO addresses. 

Expedited shipping options are available. These rates are calculated at check out based on current carrier rates.

Route Tracking & Package Protection 

LÍLLÉbaby has joined forces with Route, the leader in package safeguarding and tracking solutions. When you opt for Route at checkout, your order gains a shield against mishaps like damage, loss, or theft.  

In the unlikely event that your order doesn't make it to your doorstep or arrives in less-than-perfect condition, filing a claim with Route will promptly arrange a replacement or provide full reimbursement. We're thrilled to bring you this added layer of security and encourage you to consider Route package protection at checkout. 

 

Preorders and Backorders: 

Order that contain both a Preorder/Backorder item and an in-stock item will ship separately. The in-stock items will ship first and Preorder/Backorder item once it becomes available. You will not be charged extra shipping for the multiple shipments. 

 

Order Cancellations and Adjustments: 

Unfortunately, once an order is placed our team is unable to cancel or make adjustments. We apologize sincerely for the inconvenience. All orders that are not marked Final Sale are also eligible Free Returns (link).
