30-Day Free Returns
All requests for refunds of products purchased on LILLEbaby.com must be received within 30 days of purchase. The items must still be inside its original packaging, and in unused condition.
Some items, including mystery box, open box, and clearance products may be marked as FINAL SALE and are not eligible for free returns.

2-Year Limited Warranty
Our products, including FINAL SALE items, are also guaranteed against hardware and/or fabric defects up to two years. You must be the original owner, and the item must have been purchased from LÍLLÉbaby.com or an authorized retailer. Proof of purchase is required.
We are not able to cover normal wear and tear, improper use of product, accidents, spills or defects created from self- or third-party repairs or alterations.
Items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller, or from a sample sale are also not covered. Sellers on eBay are not authorized retailers. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law. LÍLLÉBABY reserves the right to change or update these policies at any time.

LÍLLÉBABY offers complimentary shipping in the continental United States on orders totaling $49.99 or more (excluding taxes and shipping). For any order totaling less than $49.99, customers are offered an option a Flat Rate shipping of $10.
US Domestic Shipping
For most US addresses, LÍLLÉbaby offers expedited delivery services via the following FedEx services.
- FedEx 2-Day - 2-3 business days
- FedEx Standard Overnight - 1-2 business days
Where the above FedEx services are not available for a shipping address, we offer USPS Priority Mail, which has a transit time of 2-5 business days.
Transit times include a 24-hour processing window. Orders may not ship same day, especially if placed after 9am MST. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders sent to US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. At this time, we do not ship to Post Office boxes. Promotional and expedited shipping methods may not be available at all times.
Promo Codes & Exclusions
Promotional and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with items currently on sale (unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms), limited edition carriers, or certain carriers associated with major retailers and collaboration partners.
Promotional and discount codes cannot be combined/"stacked" on any order, nor they can be applied retroactively to an already processed order. Only one promotional/discount code per order will be accepted. Other terms, restrictions and limitations may apply. Please see individual sales and promotions for more information.
