We are happy to offer free shipping on all new and unopened returns within 30 days of purchase on Lillebaby.com.  

For sanitation and safety reasons, all returns must be in their unopened, original packaging with original tags attached. We are not able to accept used or worn carriers.  

 

Getting Your Return Started 

Returning an item to LÍLLÉbaby is simple and easy.  

Step 1: Email customerservice@lillebaby.com  

Step 2: Our Team will email you a Return Authorization Number and Free Return Label 

Step 3: Mail Your Return 

Step 4: LÍLLÉbaby receives and processes your return 

Step 5: A refund is issued to your original form of payment  
 
Upon receipt of your return request, please allow 2 business days for a reply with your authorization number and return instructions. 

We can only return items purchased directly from Lillebaby.com. Please visit your local retailer or retailer's website for returns & exchange information related to purchases not made on Lillebaby.com. 

 

Refunds 

Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days. All items are inspected to ensure that they are unopened and unused prior to the refund being processed. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Some banks and card issuers may require a few extra days to process and post the transaction to your account. 

 

Free Gifts and Special Promotions 

If you are returning an item or an entire order purchased during a gift with purchase promotion, the free gift must also be returned. In the event that a free gift item is not returned your refund will be adjusted to deduct the retail value of the gift item.  

Items indicated as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns.  

 

2-Year Limited Warranty 

LÍLLÉbaby carriers and accessories are also guaranteed against hardware and/or fabric defects on items purchased through authorized LÍLLÉbaby retailers for up to two years.  

If you are experiencing hardware or fabric issue with one of your LÍLLÉbaby products, please contact our Customer Care team:  

Proof of purchase is required. You must be the original owner. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover items purchased through an unauthorized retailer, a secondhand-seller, or from a sample sale. 

Normal wear and tear, improper use of the product, accidents, spills, or defects created by alterations are not covered in this warranty.
