However, there is a learning curve to using any new product, which is often steep and frustrating - particularly for baby carriers. If you are experiencing difficulty or dissatisfaction with any product from LÍLLÉBABY, please contact us. We can offer guidance and assist with a solution.
If that solution is to return the product, we have made that simple too: Full priced items purchased directly from the LÍLLÉbaby website are eligible for complimentary return within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs of items purchased on sale, a discounted price, or during a promotion will be the responsibility of the customer. International orders will not be eligible for complimentary returns and postage expenses will be the responsibility of the international customer. The returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and packaging. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted LÍLLÉbaby prior to sending the item back and must be accompanied by a Return Authorization number.
For your protection, we recommend all items are returned via a traceable carrier such as USPS, FedEx or UPS. LÍLLÉbaby is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item is received by LÍLLÉbaby, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for LÍLLÉbaby to refund your credit card upon receipt.
LÍLLÉbaby does not offer exchanges. You may return an item for a refund and place a new order.
Please note that Mystery Box items, Open Box items and clearance items (Clear the Rack, Last Chance and Spring Cleaning) are not eligible for return and are considered FINAL SALE. Mystery Box and Open Box items will include our normal 1-Year Warranty from the original date of purchase.

LÍLLÉBABY offers complimentary shipping in the continental United States on orders totaling $50 or more (excluding taxes and shipping). For any order totaling less than $50, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
US Domestic Shipping:
For most US addresses, LÍLLÉbaby offers the following FedEx services:
FedEx Ground - 2-7 business days (free for orders over $50)
FedEx 2-Day - 2-3 business days
FedEx Standard Overnight - 1-2 business days
Where the above FedEx services are not available for a shipping address, we offer USPS Priority Mail, which has a transit time of 2-5 business days.
Transit times include a 24 hour processing window. Orders may not ship same day if placed after 9am MST. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders sent to US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
At this time, we do not ship to Post Office boxes. We apologize for the inconvenience.

LÍLLÉBABY is not able to price match orders placed more than 24 hours outside of a promotional window. We are also unable to price match coupons specific to a certain retailer or retail chain.

LÍLLÉBABY warrants that our products are free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. We stand behind all of our products and will replace a defective product, free of charge, during the first 12 months after purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Normal wear, fabric fading, normal variations in fabric, and small threads that remain from the sewing process are not considered manufacturing flaws and are not covered under the warranty.
In the case of Limited Edition styles (including Unicorn, Rare, Ultra Rare, and Uncommon releases), LÍLLÉBABY cannot guarantee that there will be an identical carrier available for a replacement in the event of a defect. In this circumstance, we will work directly with the individual customer to determine an appropriate solution based on their particular situation (i.e. alternate replacement product, refund of original order, etc).
LÍLLÉBABY will not be held responsible for warranty coverage if the product has been altered in any way. This warranty only applies to the original owner of the product, to products purchased from an authorized retailer in United States of America. Sellers on Ebay are not authorized retailers. The limited warranty period also applies to any implied warranties that may exist under applicable law.
